Philadelphia’s newest brewery, Tired Hands, is welcoming the brewmaster from Brouwerij ’t Gaverhopke to Ardmore to brew a special
beer.  Bruno came into town tonight and will be heading to Tired Hands first thing in the morning to brew another collaboration with Jean Broillet.  After finishing the brew, Jean said he will be putting Bruno to work in the pub for a meet and greet.  A variety of ‘t Gaverhopke beers will be available for sampling.

About a year ago, Jean travelled up to Bruno’s brewery and brewed their first collaboration: Bitter Sweet Symphony. A Belgian-style double IPA, a very limited amount of draft and bottles hit the market and was a great treat for those who got their hands on some.  No word yet on what exactly will be brewed tomorrow, but Jean believes that Bruno is bringing some sort of ‘winter spices’ with him.

The meet and greet is open to the public and will begin around 4:00.  See you in Ardmore!
